Integrated Heating and Cooling With HVAC Units

Heating, cooling, and ventilating systems are a major component of any new commercial

building.Integrated heating and cooling system is a complete solution to maintain the

quality and temperature of indoor air. All commercial buildings have an HVAC unit. On a

smaller scale, we are all familiar with and use HVAC units every day. Take your car, for

example. In a car\'s HVAC unit, the same system and ducting is used to deliver both cold

and hot air. The same system also draws out stale air from within the car, and replaces

it with fresh pure air.

HVAC systems have a flexible way of controlling temperature. For instance, in winter you

may need a furnace to keep your house warm. In summer, you would need an air-conditioner

to keeps yourself comfortable. These systems, their ducting, and control systems would be

optimized for individual use, and may not suit each other. On the contrary, an HVAC

system is an integrated system that can handle both hot and cold air. One thermostat is

used to control the heating or cooling that is needed.

Temperature is maintained automatically by advanced HVAC systems. They regulate indoor

temperature by activating heating system in morning and cooling system in afternoon, if

needed. This system is very easy to use. All it needs in the pushing of a few buttons.

Being integrated, the HVAC system takes care of the rest. You do not need to turn on or

off multiple systems, as this system works automatically. An integrated HVAC heating and

cooling system also saves electricity cost.

Though their use may be simple, an HVAC system is not all that simple. There are more

than one way to heat or cool a room. One method uses a refrigerant or water to transport

the heat and cold to all rooms, that is blown in to the rooms atmosphere The other way is

to heat or cool air directly, pump it through a ducting system, and blow it into the room

through vents.

Which even method is used, the differences are part of the installation of the HVAC

system. Each method has its pros and cons, though the differences are in price and

installation. Once installed, you will find their use to be similarly simple and

effective.
